As a translator or reviewer, it is important that you respond to open issues.
The issues can be from a translator, client or reviewer and they are opened because a translator, client or reviewer needs you to go over something.
You are sent a notification each time there is an issue that needs your attention and you can also see open issues when you log in to your account:
You need to click on the issue and respond to it. As soon as you, as a translator or reviewer, understand that the issue has been solved and can be closed, please do so.
If as a translator you are asked to do something which is impossible, it is your responsibility to ask us for help.
