OnTheGoSystems, Inc. acts as a “middle-man” between clients and translators. It is in its best interest to attempt to make sure that every transaction proceeds smoothly and to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. However, In the event that an irresolvable dispute arises as a result of a transaction, both bidder and coder agree that as a “middle-man”, OnTheGoSystems, Inc. is completely harmless and not liable in any way for said dispute.
Those who choose to access this Web Site are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Each user is solely responsible for satisfying all tax requirements. OnTheGoSystems is not responsible for users tax reporting and payment.
In order to protect the legal rights of both clients and translators, all users of the site affirm that they are legal adults, able to enter into contracts and at least 18 years of age. Persons not meeting this requirement are not allowed to sign-up to ICanLocalize, post projects or bid on projects.
OnTheGoSystems allows translators and clients to sign NDA contracts for translation purposes only. Those contracts need to be uploaded in the corresponding project chat. Interaction between client and translator(s) will only take place in the system, failure to do so is a breach of these T&C.
