Try to be as thorough as possible when creating a project. Include as much background information about the project as possible:

1-Technical information: Volume, deadline, format.

2-Style: Who your target audience is (kids/adolescents/adults, academics/general public/politicians, experts in their field/newcomers to the subject, etc.), which tone is expected (formal/informal), which style is preferred (easy reading/academic/slang, etc.)

3-Glossary/Terminology: Links to actual website/text/industry references, glossary of specific terms you have translated or you would like translated, full terminology of previously localized texts or marketing decisions.
