Deposit funds to your account

In order to start a translation project, you need to deposit funds to your account. Please follow these steps for doing so:

  1. Log in to your ICanLocalize account.
  2. Click on ‘Control Panel’ -> ‘Deposits and payments’.
  3. Click on ‘Deposit money to this account’ at the bottom of the page. You’ll see our two payment methods: PayPal and 2Checkout.
  4. Enter the amount and click on ‘Continue’. If you select the first option, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

The transaction will be recorded in our system and you will be able to get a printable invoice for your deposit. You can see the printable invoices by clicking on the completed transaction (deposit) in your ICanLocalize account.

If you have unused funds remaining in your ICanLocalize account after you complete your translation projects, you can always withdraw them back to your Paypal account.

If you prefer to add funds by wire transfer, open a support ticket and we’ll give you the necessary information to do so. Wires take from 4 to 5 working days to complete and there is a $26 USD bank fee. Bear in mind that translations won’t start until the transaction is complete and the funds are credited in your ICanLocalize account.

Notice: Wire transfers are allowed only for deposits over $500.
